Purdue Blanket Progress
Slowly but surely, I am making progress! I can't wait to see what the finished product looks like :)

Old (more awesome) Purdue Logo Crochet Grid
This is a grid I came up with based on the old Purdue logo that some sports brand decided to change to make manufacturing easier. Boo. I plan to use it for both an afghan with granny squares and Tunisian crochet. I believe it would turn out as a large throw pillow size using Tunisian... Enjoy!
Please do not sell this pattern or claim as your own. Feel free to sell items that you make using it but just not the pattern itself! Let me know if there are any other logos or designs that you are having a hard time finding.

Purdue Blanket for Friend's Graduation
This is the blanket that I finished for a friend who graduated in August. His mom was my advisor in ME. I searched all of the yarn websites to find the color that most represented Purdue Gold. It was pretty tough to settle on one (Coats - Yarn 67311 Red Heart Super Saver Yarn-Gold ), but ultimately this was the best!
I got to learn how to cross stitch in a double crochet... It definitely could have been prettier.
I was asked to put my name and the name of a mutual friend that we lost right before graduation. Molly was originally supposed to make the blanket.
I loved the way the blanket ultimately turned out, but there was no shortage of tears throughout the process.
